Role and Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers over phone & by email for:
- Approval of repair estimates
- Conveying repair related information
- Handling the basic level queries of customers
- Interacting with retail outlets for service related queries
- Coordinating with the respective internal team members for finding
solutions to issues - Escalating of relevant issues to managers
- Customer care / Call centre operations
- Very Good communication skills – Written & Spoken
- Good personality & immaculately groomed
- Basic numerical ability & IT skills
Graduate
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in a call center or similar environment
Required Female candidate only.
