A friend of mine has introduced me to this website called Gaijinpot.. it literally means, foreign workers. We all can apply work in Japan from wherever we are in the world...
Employers would conduct interviews through Skype or over the internet. They will also help to set you up for new life in Japan in case you have been selected. You could see if a job post is available for people outside Japan and job posts that are only for people who are already there.
